Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent IT experience
• Five years’ experience in IT or clinical or business workflow
• Experience supporting large scale clinical, ancillary or business environments

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between work teams and departments.
• Facilitates team and client meetings and delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
• Serves as role model and mentor to other team members through training and onboarding of more junior staff.
