Job summary

AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking an Epic Analyst to maintain clinical and business systems supporting patient care. You will design, build, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain Epic and other systems, coordinating with physicians and end users to document workflows and future processes.

You will assess workflows, develop future workflows, create test scripts, perform unit and integration tests, and ensure upgrades meet Epic specs.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree and a field of study in business, IS, or a healthcare-related area.
• Epic Radiant Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical and business systems to support patient care delivery.
• Collaborates with clinicians and end users to design, build, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain Epic and other systems.
• Coordinate with physicians and end users to document workflows, develop future workflows, and support new implementations.
• Develops test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing and performs unit, system, and integration testing.
