Job summary

Mediant Health Resources seeks Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultants in the United States to design, build, test, and optimize Epic Prelude workflows across patient access, scheduling, eligibility, and insurance verification. You will collaborate with patient access, revenue cycle, and operational teams to translate business needs into effective Epic solutions and support system upgrades.

Qualifications

Epic Prelude certification required with hands-on build, configuration, and support experience in patient access workflows.
Design, build, test, and optimize Prelude functionality including registration, scheduling, eligibility, and insurance verification.
Partner with patient access, revenue cycle, and operational teams to translate business needs into effective Epic solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, manage work queues, and support system upgrades, enhancements, and go-lives.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices across front-end revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

Leadership in Epic Prelude projects across the patient access domain.
Collaborate with IT and operations to deliver scalable Epic solutions for revenue cycle.
Drive go-lives and post-implementation support with issue resolution and optimization.
