Huron Consulting Group seeks an experienced Epic Patient Access Consultant to join our Healthcare Transformation Services team. You will support Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, optimize Real-Time Eligibility, and collaborate with client IT teams to implement testing and configuration improvements.

This remote, full-time role requires Epic Prelude certification, hands-on Epic RTE experience, and travel up to 25% for project milestones; you will help healthcare clients improve registration,

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude certification required.
• Hands-on Epic RTE experience required.
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
• Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
• Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.
• Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
• Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
• Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
• Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.
