Job summary

Guidehouse’s Health Technology Consulting team seeks a Senior Consultant to independently deliver Epic Grand Central engagements for hospitals and health systems. You will analyze patient flow, optimize workflows, and contribute to capacity management initiatives with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities include configuring Epic Grand Central, leading workstreams, testing, and data validation. Travel up to 50% may be required to meet client and project needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of three years of Epic Grand Central related experience.
Epic Grand Central certification or ability to renew.
Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or supporting Epic Grand Central.

Responsibilities

Lead the Epic Grand Central engagements for hospitals and health systems.
Configure and optimize Epic Grand Central functionality.
Analyze workflows and design future-state bed and capacity processes.
Develop and execute testing plans from unit to user acceptance testing.
Travel up to 50% based on client needs.
