Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Epic Grand Central patient flow and capacity management engagements for hospitals and health systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Epic Grand Central certification or substantial experience with the ability to certify.
- Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or supporting Epic Grand Central.
- Experience leading consulting engagements with health systems or health technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide and independently deliver Epic Grand Central patient flow and capacity management engagements.
- Configure Epic Grand Central, bed boards, patient movement, and discharge workflows.
- Lead defined workstreams, develop testing, training, and go-live readiness.
- Analyze workflows, document requirements, and design future-state processes for capacity management.
