Job summary

The role involves build ownership for MyChart questionnaires, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in, with collaboration across Compliance, Privacy, HIM, and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Epic MyChart certification is required and must be maintained.
• Four (4) years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to certify on Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Document and design workflow changes to support business requirements.
• Partner with external vendors for third-party apps integration and support.
• Resolve incidents and problems per service levels and standards.
• Lead mid-size projects as PM and perform project control functions.
• Perform quality review of team builds.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to achieve objectives.
• Conform to documentation and change management standards.
• Develop training materials for end users and peers.
