Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic application experience.
• Epic Certifications in ClinDoc, Research, Dorothy, Rover & Inpatient Rehab (a plus).
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orientation, onboarding, and career ladder pathway training for staff.
• Administers classroom evaluations and provides course updates to management.
• Builds out and maintains training environments.
• Mentors other trainers and leads train-the-trainer sessions.
• Provides leadership for special projects affecting patient care or new implementations.
• Collaborates within the department and organization.
