Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Sr. Software Engineer - Epic Interfaces to lead integration projects and oversee testing, documentation and support of enterprise interfaces using Intersystems Iris for Health.

You will work with Epic and clinical/financial teams to design and implement HL7 interfaces and Bridges solutions. The role requires coordinating project tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring timely delivery across large healthcare IT programs, with a focus on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
5+ years of progressively more responsible experience with relational databases and programming
Knowledge of HL7 programming or other custom interface development is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and testing of integration processes using Intersystems Iris for Health
Design, develop, implement and support Epic interfaces and Bridges solutions with Epic teams
Mentor less experienced staff and coordinate project tasks to meet deadlines
Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to understand workflows and interfaces
