Eisenhower is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst in clinical modules to join our information systems team. The candidate should have Epic certification, strong project management skills, and experience supporting clinical systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves production support, on-call duties, developing new functionality, and leading medium to large projects. Collaboration with IT, clinical staff, and vendors is essential for successful implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Two years of Application/Epic Analyst experience
• Certification(s) required for those positions supporting an Epic application
• Relevant degree or experience in lieu of degree
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between departments, clinical end users and IS personnel.
• Supports the departments during and after implementation of assigned applications/systems.
• Provides PMO-guided project management for major IS projects.
• Trains teams on PMO tools and methodologies.
• Maintains and documents system changes with vendors and IS staff.
• Assists with upgrades, maintenance, and vendor communications.
