Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Epic HIM workflows, ROI, and coding processes.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and implement Epic Revenue Cycle application systems.
• Provide project management, customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle operations, clinical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Guide department modernization and system improvements in Epic HIM modules.
