Job summary

The Senior Epic HB/SBO Analyst at Quoris will provide hands-on functional support to revenue cycle staff during a critical post go-live stabilization period. You will troubleshoot billing workqueues, edit logic, and account workflows while coaching end users to improve operational performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Epic HB experience, SBO expertise, and strong communication skills, with the ability to travel up to 75% of the contract duration in the San Antonio, TX area.

Qualifications

• Current Epic HB certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic HB with production support and post go-live stabilization.
• Strong knowledge of Epic SBO operations and end-user support.
• Experience troubleshooting billing workqueues, edit logic, and account workflows.
• Experience with multiple payment posting methods incl. electronic and manual.
• Familiarity with lockbox processing, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of hospital revenue cycle processes and metrics.
• Proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex functional issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel to San Antonio, TX for up to 75% of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional support to Epic HB/SBO end users and leadership.
• Troubleshoot billing workqueues, edits, and account workflows; identify root causes.
• Investigate routing, holds, claim edits, and workflow issues; recommend resolutions.
• Distinguish defects vs configuration gaps and coordinate with Epic teams.
• Support payment posting, ERA/835 processing, and reconciliation workflows.
• Coach staff on effective workqueue management and best practices.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable corrective actions with operational leaders.
