Job summary

Prominence is seeking a senior Epic Grand Central analyst to support a California-based health system on a one-year engagement. You will own Charge RTE and Prelude builds, delivering new requests and optimizing workflows across the Epic portfolio.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and design new modules, leveraging deep Epic knowledge and understanding of healthcare business workflows to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Grand Central certification.
• Current Epic Prelude certification.
• At least 4 years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst.
• Hands-on build experience across tickets, projects, upgrades, and go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude with focus on Charge RTE workflows.
• Analyze and implement new build requests from business owners and operational stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver optimizations to registration, ADT, and eligibility workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incident and service request tickets within SLAs.
• Provide input and build support for integration projects across the health system.
• Design, build, test new functionality, including unit and integrated testing and documentation.
• Support Epic upgrades, including impact review, build, testing, and validation.
• Go-live support and on-call coverage as needed.
