Job summary
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Senior EMR Analyst for Epic Home Care to design, optimize, and support Epic Home Care solutions that enhance clinical workflows and caregiver experience. You will act as a strategic partner to clinical leaders, lead complex initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure EMR systems support top-quality pediatric care.
Ideal candidates have Epic Build/Maintenance experience, Home Care and Hospice exposure, and strong problem-solving skills with the
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in a related discipline.
- Epic certification in the supported application(s) is preferred; if not certified, certification required within six months.
- Epic Build/Maintenance experience.
- Experience with Home Care and Hospice in patient homes.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and release Epic Home Care solutions.
- Support system testing and document outcomes.
- Lead strategic initiatives and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to validate requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans and related documentation.
