Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Epic certification in the supported application(s) is preferred; if not certified at the time of hire, certification is required within six months of the start date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain Epic Home Care systems to improve clinical workflows.
• Lead strategy and education content development for clinical systems training.
• Manage project plans and coordinate cross‑functional teams across EMR build and release cycles.
