Cincinnati Children's seeks a Senior EMR Analyst for CINCI Lab to support EMR applications essential to laboratory operations and patient care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical, laboratory, operational, and technical teams to design, implement, maintain, and optimize software solutions that streamline workflows.

This senior role requires deep technical knowledge, independence, and mentoring ability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced EMR requests.
• Develop and manage project plans and other project- related documentation for complex projects.
• Manages multiple moderate to complex projects independently.
• Determine the scope of complex projects.
• Coordinate the appropriate resources needed.
• Independently prioritize assigned tasks and projects.

EMR/clinical systems experience

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
