Job summary

Northwell Health seeks an experienced Epic EHR Analyst to lead comprehensive analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic applications. You will mentor junior analysts and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include designing workflows, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Epic support and external partners to drive process improvements across multiple projects and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Epic certification required.
• Epic Orders certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of current state workflows and design Epic IT solutions with latitude in objectives.
• Resolve highly complex cross-functional issues as the primary technical resource for Epic modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate into Epic designs.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and process improvements across projects.
• Coordinate activities with Epic support and external partners to drive resolution.
