Job summary

Huron is seeking an experienced Epic Senior Consultant to lead initiatives that optimize Epic systems and enable enterprise-wide transformation for healthcare clients.

You will work with technical and project management teams, aligning Epic capabilities with regulatory requirements and improving patient outcomes. This role emphasizes mentorship, client relationships, and a collaborative, inclusion-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current Epic Certification.
• 5+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Project management and experience with Epic implementations.
• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, customized technical solutions ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions impacting effective use of Epic systems.
• Provide insights on workflow design, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
• Facilitate meetings effectively with stakeholders at all levels, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups.
