Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Epic Professional Billing Consultant to join our Healthcare Technology Services Group.

You will provide production support for Epic PB, manage IT tickets, and troubleshoot issues across designated PB applications for hospital and health-system clients. This role requires Epic PB certification (additional Epic certs a plus), at least 3 years of Epic implementation experience, and willingness to travel as needed, with remote work possible some times.

Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification, additional Epic certifications a plus
• A minimum of 3 years' experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Assist client in IT ticket management
• Assist client with working down helpdesk tickets for specific Epic application area
• Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applications
• Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
• Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary
• Optimization and upgrade support for given applications, as needed
• Update Client on project status May assist with other tasks as I needed and mutually agreed upon
