Eisenhower Medical Center in the United States seeks a Senior Epic Clinical Documentation analyst with current Epic certification or a comparable Senior Epic Analyst in the clinical module. The role requires producing support, on-call assistance, and leading medium to large projects within our dynamic Information Systems team to enable cost-effective, high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or relevant degree/experience in lieu of degree.
• Two years of Application/Epic Analyst experience required.
• Epic Certification if applicable; experience in acute healthcare setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and policies and resolves inquiries.
• Acts as liaison between clinical end users and IS personnel.
• Maintains and troubleshoots current systems for assigned departments; documents issues for vendor resolution.
• Supports during and after implementation of assigned applications/systems.
• Provides on-call support for providers and end users during upgrades.
• Plans, coordinates, and manages medium to large IS projects; reports status to PMO.
• Communicates system needs and modifications across IS and vendor teams.
• Develops and documents technical solutions and workflow changes.
