You will collaborate with end users to implement configurations, upgrades, and enhancements, guiding multiple projects from inception to delivery with governance and data quality in focus.

The ideal candidate brings Epic certifications across two modules and 4–7 years of large-organizations experience in healthcare IT, driving adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Clinical Epic certifications in 2 modules.
• 4–7 years of large-organization implementations.
• 5 years of healthcare information systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from inception to delivery.
• Set processes and influences technology frameworks.
• Help governance, data definitions, data policies and data quality.
• Provide Epic product function, design, build, and testing for Clinical module.
• Collaborate with end users to design and build Epic system and implement enhancements.
• Lead small to medium Epic upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows.
• Participate in design/validation sessions and ensure documentation and escalation occur.
• Provide technical/clinical consultation including application configuration and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain system design/build documents.
• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and Epic issues.
