Job summary

University of Miami is seeking an Epic Senior Analyst – Care Coordination to lead the implementation, build, and optimization of the Epic Care Coordination module. The role partners with stakeholders, end-users, and project teams to ensure configurations meet clinical and business needs.

The incumbent will mentor junior staff, support go-lives and on-call rotations, and maintain close communication with leadership while advancing workflows in a hybrid Miami environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Epic Inpatient and/or Ambulatory Certifications required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
• At least 3 years of Epic build experience.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Initiates the implementation, build, and modification of the Epic Care Coordination application.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize configuration, function, and access.
• Serves as a primary support contact for application end-users.
• Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
• Initiates all phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design.
