HealthPartners seeks a Senior Epic Application Analyst and Developer to support Epic Cadence, Referrals, and MyChart scheduling systems. Responsibilities include analyzing, gathering requirements, documenting, configuring, and implementing Epic Cadence and Referral application changes. You will mentor junior staff, guide system development, and serve as a liaison for IT's Business Partners and other groups.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, management information systems, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years IT analysis and technical design experience
• 3+ years project management experience
• 3+ years configuring, testing, and implementing Epic Cadence and/or Referral application changes

Location:

• Remote work possible; preference for local/regional candidates.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday; days; flexible hours possible.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy software and application functionalities.
• Conduct unit and integrated testing; support system and user testing.
• Maintain testing environments and data.
• Analyze requirements and prepare system designs.
• Diagnose issues, correct problems, and prevent recurrence.
• Define technical specs based on business needs; collaborate with Business Partners.
• Assist with service request prioritization and clarification.
• Recommend best practices and standard processes.
• Mentor and support application developers and analysts.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for software support and upgrades.
• Prepare documentation and support audits.
