Cogito is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive a large healthcare IT transformation. You will lead multiple work streams from planning through stabilization, coordinating clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams while reporting to executive stakeholders.

The role requires strong organizational change management, Epic project management experience, and proficiency with Azure Cloud, RBAC, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related field.
• Experience managing large modernization projects.
• Proven Organizational Change Management experience.
• Epic Project Management experience.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, RBAC and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned work streams from planning through stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
• Identify and manage project risks and escalation paths.
• Drive accountability and execution across stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborate with advisors, analysts, and organizational leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.
