- Experience leading complex projects with stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into Beaker solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level Beaker design, build, testing, and optimization support.
- Produce detailed documentation for Beaker builds and workflows.
- Triage and resolve Level 2/3 Beaker issues and mentor staff.
- Own Beaker projects: define scope, milestones, risks, dependencies.
- Collaborate with laboratory ops, clinical stakeholders, IT, Epic, and vendors.
- Write and modify complex operational and application reports.
- Create training content and conduct end-user training.
- Identify opportunities to improve Beaker-related processes.
- Manage Beaker upgrades, implementations, and cutover plans.
- Coordinate integrations with instruments, middleware, and enterprise systems.
