Job summary

Memorial Hermann in Houston seeks a Senior Epic Application Analyst to advance Epic systems, analyze, design, configure and implement solutions across clinical and administrative workflows.

You will work with the Information Systems team to provide advanced analysis, training, and ongoing Epic support, including after-hours rotations. A strong Epic background and collaboration skills are essential for optimizing patient care workflows.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Epic Certification required.
• Four years of experience in a large, corporate systems development environment in Healthcare IT.
• Experience with Epic or other Health Information Systems is required.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translates user and department Epic system needs into technical solutions.
• Performs project reviews and process walkthroughs to enhance productivity and service levels.
• Provides technical knowledge in support of Epic and other software applications.
• Performs intermediate to advanced analysis, design, building, testing and implementation of Epic systems.
• Contributes to planning, coordination, training, and after-hours support.
