Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Experience leading medium-to-large IT projects in healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with Epic or healthcare software modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications and processes.
• Provide leadership on QA and testing initiatives and manage testing projects as needed.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Lead requirements analysis, gap analysis, and specification gathering for complex projects.
