Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst to lead the configuration, design, and support of Epic Ambulatory solutions. The role requires building and maintaining Epic environments, leading discovery calls, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and ensure future state workflows are clearly defined.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required.
• Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide level of effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate requirements and workflows to technical specifications.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
• Analyze current state processes and create future state processes.
• Identify and document process and data gaps.
