Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Application System Analyst for Ancillary and Specialty Systems to support Epic Ambulatory applications. The role requires strong collaboration with the Ambulatory team to design, build, and test systems that meet user workflows.

A Bachelor's degree in information technology is required, with Epic experience preferred and Epic pre-assessment testing will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is required.
• Epic Ambulatory experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Will be required to pass the Epic pre-assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support contact for their Epic application in the Ambulatory team.
• Designs, builds, and tests the system to meet end user workflow requirements.
• Provides technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of the system.
• Organizes and schedules major and complex computer system tasks in a timely manner.
