Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead all procurement and supply chain activities for assigned projects. You will develop strategies, manage procurement teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to support project objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation across EPC-type projects, with collaboration across engineering, legal, finance, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in procurement, supply chain management, contract administration, or construction-related supply chain functions.
• 3+ years in leadership or management of project teams or functional supply chain personnel.
• Experience supporting EPC projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project supply chain and procurement activities from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and execute project-specific supply chain plans, procurement strategies, and sourcing approaches.
• Procure engineered equipment, bulk materials, subcontracted and professional services, and construction commodities.
• Oversee buy-out activities to align with schedules and budgets.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to minimize risk.
