Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead all procurement and supply chain activities for assigned projects. You will develop project-specific procurement plans, manage buy-outs, and drive supplier negotiations to meet schedule and budget.

Based in Houston or Lenexa, KS, you will work with PM, engineering, estimating, legal, and construction teams to optimize cost, risk, and performance across EPC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Progressive procurement/supply chain experience in EPC or construction.
• Proven procurement strategies, buy-outs and supplier negotiations.
• Budgets, forecasts, and schedules management in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project supply chain and procurement from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and execute project-specific supply chain plans and sourcing strategies.
• Manage procurement of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and services.
• Oversee buy-out activities and ensure competitive procurement.
• Lead critical supplier negotiations and risk mitigation.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and buy-out performance.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, legal, and finance teams.
