Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. The role collaborates across PV, battery storage, and high voltage units and requires travel to job sites to understand site conditions and build rapport.

Remote work is allowed with periodic site visits in Arizona and New Mexico. The Senior Scheduler will lead a team, ensure CPM best practices, and deliver accurate schedules with sound logic and durations.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior EPC scheduling experience required.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6 software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of EPC schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish activity durations.
• Attend project meetings to gather updates and address schedule issues.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path changes.
• Propose corrective actions based on schedule analyses.
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and scheduling manager.
• Train others in scheduling procedures.
• Assist business development and owners in analyzing schedules.
