Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules across PV, storage, and high voltage projects. You will collaborate with schedulers and stakeholders, guiding less experienced teammates, and travel to job sites to understand means and methods.

This remote role requires periodic travel to Arizona and New Mexico, with interview discussions on location expectations. You will manage schedules using P6 and ensure CPM best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Prior EPC scheduling experience is required.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Solid knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze drawings and contracts to form EPC schedules.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and monitor critical path.
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and management.
• Attend weekly meetings to gather progress updates and issues.
