Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution, collaborating with schedulers and stakeholders across PV, battery storage and high voltage projects. The Senior Scheduler will mentor less experienced schedulers and provide oversight on schedule quality.

This role is remote with periodic travel to job sites in Arizona and New Mexico.

Qualifications

Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
High proficiency and experience using P6 Software required.
Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes.
Solid understanding of construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills, and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their personal and career development.
Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6 software.
Analyze project documents (drawings, contracts) to form the basis of EPC schedules.
Attend project meetings (weekly coordination, owner) to gather updates and address schedule issues.
Update schedules bi-monthly, incorporating actuals and monitoring critical path deviations.
Propose corrective actions to the project team based on schedule analysis.
