Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC project schedules from preconstruction through execution. You will collaborate with schedulers and stakeholders across PV, battery storage and high voltage projects, providing oversight to less-experienced schedulers.

Travel to job sites in AZ and NM will be required. This remote position requires coordinating with internal teams and owners, ensuring CPM best practices, and updating schedules bi-monthly

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling in an EPC environment.
• High proficiency using P6 software.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specs.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and CPM scheduling.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Contribute to schedule management training.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish durations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field teams.
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and management.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and gather updates.
• Maintain delay logs and LD exposure with custom reports.
