Job summary

PTS Advance seeks a Senior Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA to lead complex DB/EPC projects across electric power, utilities, renewables, and energy infrastructure. You will oversee design, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and contractor performance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction PM with DB/EPC exposure, strong cost control, and exemplary communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field; minimum 10+ years in Construction PM with DB/EPC experience.
• Experience in power delivery projects (transmission, distribution, substations) preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in construction and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase.
• Oversees engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management activities.
• Administers prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure compliance and performance.
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental goals are met and reports on project performance.
• Directs coordination between customer, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervises Project Managers and coordinates with site leadership to meet milestones.
• Responds to RFI's and conducts value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Prepares schedules of values and progress/budget forecasts; manages cost reporting and closeout.
