Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years as Project Manager/Director in EPC settings.
• Experience in Simple/Combined Cycle Power Generation.
• PE license preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to undergo background and motor vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for large-cap EPC programs and alliance-type relationships.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, work packages, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate across Zachry businesses to realize strategic goals.
• Manage customer relations and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project scope.
