Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a Project Director to drive a large-scale gas & steam turbine project in Central Texas. You will lead engineering, procurement, construction, and safety functions, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires 15+ years in industrial or power construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Travel to project sites is expected, with strong focus on safety and quality oversight.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial or power construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and accountability for a multi-million-dollar power project.
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact and maintain high levels of communication and satisfaction.
