Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced EPC Preconstruction Manager in Wisconsin to lead a cross-functional team from pursuit through planning, design coordination with consultants and clients, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement planning.

You will coordinate 3D/BIM modeling and help transition the project to construction. The role requires collaboration with Project Executives and Managers, guiding design, cost estimates and preconstruction contracts, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10 years of design build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination.
• Travel: 15-25%.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners and clients.
• Leads cross-functional Preconstruction services to internal and external clients.
• Keeps project leadership informed as to open design issues and tracks design/cost changes.
• Oversees the engineering design schedule and organizes team to meet deliverables.
• Supports Project Executive and Project Manager in development of contracts.
• Coordinates with Procurement Team in project procurement scheduling and needs.
• Oversees BIM/3D-modeling development and supports team members as required.
