Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an EPC Preconstruction Manager to lead a cross-functional team from pursuit through planning.

You will coordinate design with consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and transition the project to construction under the guidance of the Project Executive and Project Manager. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and roughly 10 years of design-build/EPC leadership experience, with travel of 15–25% and a standard 7–5 workday,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10 years of design-build or EPC construction leadership experience.
• Travel 15-25%.
• Work hours 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners and clients.
• Works with Group Leader of Preconstruction developing best-in-class Preconstruction services.
• Keeps project leadership informed as to open or unresolved design issues and tracks design and cost changes.
• Oversees the engineering design schedule and organizes team to meet deliverables.
• Participates in meetings and presentations to showcase Preconstruction benefits.
• Utilizes project status reports and tracking tools to monitor progress and budgets.
• Oversees development of designs, cost estimates, value engineering, and BIM/3D modeling.
• Single point of contact for all Preconstruction activities for the Project Manager.
• Coordinates with Project Manager/Controls on schedule development.
• Provides guidance to ensure construction activities meet specs, codes, and customer requirements.
• Supports contracts development and procurement scheduling.
• Coordinates with team to maximize off-site manufacturing capabilities.
• Oversees development of proposals to clients.
