Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies and staffing alignment.
• Manage workforce planning to align with baseline schedule.
• Ensure readiness and gate reviews before mobilization.
• Deliver project execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Oversee site performance, productivity, and cost metrics.
• Develop and review construction execution plans.
• Support change management and risk assessments.
• Promote safety and compliance with project specs.
