Saulsbury Industries is seeking a senior Project Executive for mission critical programs in Texas. The role leads multi-project portfolios, directing Project Directors and Managers to ensure operational excellence and strong client relationships.

You're expected to drive financial outcomes, governance, and organizational leadership across large, multi-discipline teams, with a focus on long-term client partnerships and growth in a high-stakes environment.

Competenze

• 20+ years in EPC/EPCM, industrial construction, or mega capital projects.
• 10+ years leading large project organizations in executive roles.
• Experience delivering projects with Total Installed Costs > $500M (prefer >$1B).

• Provide executive oversight of major projects and portfolios.
• Lead Project Directors, Project Managers, and functional leaders.
• Drive governance, performance, and client satisfaction across programs.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships and business growth.
