Qualifications

• 20+ years in EPC/EPCM, industrial construction, or mega capital projects.
• 10+ years leading large project organizations in executive roles.
• Experience delivering projects with Total Installed Costs > $500M (prefer >$1B).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of major projects and portfolios.
• Lead Project Directors, Project Managers, and functional leaders.
• Drive governance, performance, and client satisfaction across programs.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships and business growth.
• Ensure financial performance and risk mitigation across portfolios.
