Job summary

Saulsbury Industries seeks a Project Executive – Mission Critical in Houston or Odessa to steer major mission critical programs with executive leadership across functions. You will guide project directors and managers, shape governance, and drive profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires 20+ years in EPC/EPCM or related fields, and 10+ years leading large teams; experience with multi-hundred-million to multi-billion programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
• Extensive EPC/EPCM and large-capital project leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing multi-discipline teams and executive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of major projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Lead Project Directors, Project Managers, and construction executives.
• Establish governance structures and accountability systems.
• Drive operational excellence and consistent project execution.
• Oversee risk management, reporting, and forecast methods.
