Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Experience with mission critical, data center, electrical, or building systems projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for safe, profitable, well-executed mission critical construction projects.
• Review project proposals, contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes, schedules, and budgets with leadership.
• Develop and manage project execution plans including staffing, procurement, logistics, and closeout strategies.
• Determine cost-effective use of personnel, materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors while maintaining quality and safety.
• Coordinate daily and long-range project activities with owners, designers, general contractors, and field teams.
• Promote a safety-first culture consistent with company policies and site expectations.
• Manage project staff and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor costs against budgets and forecasts through reports and monthly reviews.
• Coordinate estimating, purchasing, engineering, cost control, and commissioning for successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and drive clear communication across stakeholders.
• Review and approve subcontractor selections, vendor commitments, and invoices.
• Ensure timely billings, cash flow management, and contract administration.
• Drive on-time completion through schedule management and issue resolution.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and owner acceptance for facilities.
