Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a unit of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee cradle-to-grave EPC contracts, LNTPs, MSAs, and related bids. You will supervise Contracts Analyst I & II and Senior Analysts, develop strategies with directors, and ensure compliance with company and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of EPC model experience.
• 5+ years of EPC contracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract progression from drafting to execution.
• Develop contract strategies with directors per project.
• Improve proposals and bid documents for EPC contracts.
• Negotiate and amend contracts to fit scope and schedule.
• Identify contractual risks and advise on mitigations.
• Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations across parties.
• Lead LNTP and Early Works documentation to support schedules.
• Provide performance feedback to direct reports.
