Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to lead contract lifecycle processes, perform initial redlines, and participate in negotiations with oversight. You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with Legal, Risk, and engineering teams, and drive timely deliverables across multiple projects with a strong emphasis on process improvement and documentation control.

Qualifications

• 4-year Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or Project Management.
• 5+ years of solar or renewables experience and/or 6+ years of construction experience.
• Experience of 4+ years redlining and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle tasks for 4–5 projects with deadlines.
• QA/QC of contracts and exhibits and document control across repositories.
• Lead internal/external communications and status reporting to leadership.
• Interface with Legal, Risk, SCADA, Engineering, Tax departments to ensure timely submissions.
• Support project closeout with documents, flow-downs, and handovers.
