ENG Bauen is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our client’s project execution team as a full-time employee. This role will support a large portfolio of domestic capital projects, including greenfield developments, brownfield modifications, revamps, and turnarounds within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing multiple capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from front-end planning to commissioning, working closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

This critical position requires expertise in managing EPC/EPCM contractors, implementing and working within FEL (Front-End Loading) stage-gate models, and utilizing modular construction techniques to drive efficiency and cost control.

Accountability:

• To lead and manage the construction phases across a diverse portfolio of domestic capital projects.
• Oversee and direct EPC/EPCM partners, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Implement and manage FEL stage-gate processes to optimize project execution and risk mitigation.
• Utilize modular construction methodologies to enhance efficiency and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations across multiple project sites.
• Serve as the primary construction liaison, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of construction management experience, with a focus on large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Proven expertise in managing EPC/EPCM contractors and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of FEL stage-gate models and experience with modular construction techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and EPCM offices as needed.
