A leading EPC company in the oil and gas, chemical and related industries seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead a portfolio of industrial projects. You will mentor Construction Managers and Engineers, ensuring construction execution standards, budgets, schedules and client interfaces are met.

The role emphasizes preconstruction input, risk management, and strong owner relationships, plus adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management; equivalent field experience considered.
• Minimum 12 years of industrial construction experience with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading a team of field supervisors.
• Deep familiarity with self-perform construction and multi-project execution environments; EPC delivery preferred.
• Strong command of construction cost management, schedule control, and change management.
