G&E Partners seeks a Senior Construction Manager for conventional power with travel. You will own field execution from mobilisation through turnover on large heavy-industrial EPC projects, primarily LNG and gas-processing work.
You will be accountable for schedule, cost, safety, and quality, directly supervising superintendents and subcontractors while coordinating with client and engineering counterparts. Based in Texas or willing to relocate to Gulf Coast/Permian sites.
Senior Construction Manager - Conventional Power (Travel)
G&E Partners is running a confidential search for a Construction Manager to join a heavy industrial EPC contractor active across LNG, combined cycle power, gas processing, and petrochemical work.
This is a family-held EPC GC that's been building in the heavy industrial space for over 50 years - it started as a single-discipline contracting outfit and grew, through construction and engineering, into a full-service EPC operator. It's still privately held, still run with that same operational discipline, and still investing in its own field leadership rather than running lean on contract staff.
It's a traditional industry. This client isn't a traditional operator inside it - that shift from single-discipline contractor to full-lifecycle EPC happened because they moved when the market did, not after.
$200k-$300k base plus bonus structure, relocation package where applicable.
