Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical or related)
• 5+ years of EO/IR signature analyst engineering experience
• 7+ years of EO/IR signature analyst engineering experience
• 3+ years of EO/IR design experience using photometric or radiometric requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform design, analysis, and integration activities for EO/IR design on advanced platforms
• Assist in developing and documenting requirements for electromagnetic systems and components
• Model and simulate EO/IR performance for design optimization and validation
• Generate design trade studies and influence engineering decisions
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance and verification of requirements
• Support test plans and validation activities (lab and range) to verify performance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated solutions meet performance and maintainability needs
• Contribute to technical documentation and presentations for reviews
• Support products throughout their lifecycle and assist in new business proposals
